Module 5: Audit-Ready Evidence and Accreditation Readiness

This 75–90 minute CPD module shows laboratory professionals how to demonstrate quality improvement and CAPA effectiveness through objective, traceable evidence. It covers evidence quality, documentation control, evidence registers, requirement mapping, audit presentation, and ISO 15189:2022 alignment. Learners will work with practical templates, diagrams, case studies, and workplace exercises to prepare evidence packs that can withstand internal audits and UKAS accreditation assessments. By the end, they will be able to build, review, and defend a complete audit trail from non-conformance through to verified closure.
