Learners apply 5 Whys, Fishbone analysis, process mapping, risk scoring, SMART CAPA planning, KPI monitoring, and management review methods to realistic laboratory quality scenarios. The module includes downloadable templates, diagrams, slides, knowledge checks, and a final competency assessment. Successful completion of the knowledge examination and integrated practical case study supports eligibility for the final course certificate.
